Advisory Services
To provide information, advice and support to refugees and asylum seekers who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress and need to access to services to which they have a statutory right, assist them to maintain their dignity and provide them with practical support in rebuilding their lives.
- To assist in the delivery of advice and information to clients who visit the office during the drop-in session or by appointment such as contacting NASS;
- form filling; signposting; following up on the accessing of services e.g. housing, education, health, training etc.
- To assist in maintaining and updating clients files.
- To assist clients to access support from available grants and donors.
