Andrew is a Chartered Management Accountant who has recently started working as a Management Accounting consultant with charities and small businesses having spent 13 years with an international company in the manufacturing sector. Lorna brings the refugee voice and experience of women to RRSG. Lorna is also a trustee at Utilivu which welcomes and supporting women and their families from abroad with workshops on education for women, young people and men and enhancing social networks through outings, picnics, holidays and exchange programmes.

Mike has spent most of his career working in or with the voluntary sector. He was Director of Reading Voluntary Action for 20 years until he retired in 2009, overseeing the organisation’s support for local charities and community groups. Tom joined RRSG as a Trustee in Jan 2017. Previously, he had an extensive senior corporate career, in various people management and customer facing roles. Since then, he has held various charity chair and trustee roles. He provides business coaching; lectures part-time and is fervent about social integration.
